2027 Park Budget Discussion

Per the Master Lease, each annual operating budget is due as close to November 15th of each year as possible. See the excerpt from the Master Lease below concerning our annual budget:

Section 5. The Board is hereby vested with the right, power, duty and authority to assess
and levy on the 15th day in November of each year, or as soon thereafter as may be convenient, an
annual budget to provide for the proper management, maintenance, taxes and insurance and
operation of RANCH MOBILE, INC. Ad valorem taxes on site improvements by Lessees shall
be paid by the particular Lessee.

Discussion of the 2027 Park Budget will be part of the Operational Board Meeting agenda on Wednesday, 10/14/2026. The Boards goal is to present the approved 2027 Ranch Mobile budget at the 11/18/2026 Open Board Meeting.
