Ranch Mobile Park was incorporated in 1957 as a resident owned 55+ senior community with 495.5 lots and 488 homes. We are governed by a seven member Board of Governors that is elected by the leaseholders of the community.  Our facilities include a club house for large functions and activities, 8 covered shuffleboard courts, 6 cornhole courts, 2 recreation halls, a putting green, pond, arboretum and a swimming pool with a pavilion.

Resident owned senior community (55+) It is governed by a 7 member Board of Governors who are elected by the leaseholders.  It has a club house with a capacity of 257, a covered shuffleboard court, two recreation halls, putting green, pond, Arboretum and a swimming pool with a pavilion.
