Correction! Temporary total water shut down on Friday, 2/13

On Friday 2/13 we will be replacing 2 main water valves in the park. All water in the park will be shut off for 1.5 to 2 hours at some point during the day. Unfortunately, we don’t have a specific time for this shut off to occur on Friday.

Pool Closed for Sealing from 2/12 to 2/15

Our new pool deck is tentatively slated to have the sealant applied beginning this Thursday, 2/12/2026. The process will include cleaning, resanding of the joints and the sealant application. The entire process should take about 3-4 days and the pool will be closed during the work. After the sealing is completed the pool will be reopened. Food and drink will again be allowed in the pool area outside of the 4 foot wet deck area just as before the installation of the new deck. Basically this means no food or drink, other than commercially bottled water, is allowed closer than 4 feet away from the pool edge.

Ranch Mobile Park was incorporated in 1957 with 488 units. Resident owned senior community (55+) It is governed by a 7 member Board of Governors who are elected by the leaseholders. It has a club house with a capacity of 257, a covered shuffleboard court, two recreation halls, putting green, pond, Arboretum and a swimming pool with a pavilion.
