Ranch Mobile Park was incorporated in 1957 as a resident owned 55+ senior community with 495.5 lots and 488 homes. We are governed by a seven member Board of Directors that is elected by the leaseholders of the community.  Our facilities include a club house for large functions and activities, 8 covered shuffleboard courts, 6 cornhole courts, 2 recreation halls, a putting green, pond, arboretum and a swimming pool with a pavilion.
