The Ranch Mobile Board has approved the restoration and remodel of the Clubhouse. The work on this project will be done by Graystone Restoration.

You will now start to see representatives from Graystone Restoration in the clubhouse, kitchen and bathroom areas as they plan and complete this restoration.

If you see unfamiliar people in the Clubhouse between today and the completion of the project they are most likely from Graystone or one of their subcontractors.

Graystone is going to do their best to complete the restoration being mindful of our activities in the building and, hopefully, with as little interruption as possible.

Thanks.
