Ranch Mobile has secured a new trash pickup contract with Waste Pro that replaces the current contract. This new contract begins 8/1/2026 and will be effective for 84 months. The terms are advantageous to our Park and will produce immediate savings and price predictability during the 7 year term of the contract.
We will continue to enjoy regular trash pickup 2 days a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, and bulk pickup on the last Saturday of each month.
Please do not include tires of any kind in your weekly or bulk pickup as each tire carries a $100 charge. This charge will be billed directly to the resident if a tire is picked up at your address.
Please review the bulk pick up acceptable items list at the link below and take note of how glass, yard waste and tree trimming material must be prepared for bulk pickup.
Thanks,
Your Ranch Mobile Board of Governors
As Leaseholders of Ranch Mobile Home Park, and Pinellas County Residents, we all have a vested interest in the upkeep of the infrastructure in and around our Park. While the majority of the infrastructure in our Park is managed and maintained by Ranch Mobile internally, there are issues outside of our Parks direct control that can impact us. It is to our Park’s benefit that if you see an issue that may impact Ranch Mobile you utilize the Pinellas County See/Click/Fix program to report the issue.
The more residents that report an issue to this site the more likely that some action would be taken by the proper municipal department to resolve the issue.
The bottom line is that if you, as a resident of Ranch Mobile, feel that an external issue is important enough you should take the extra step to report it through this system.
Please feel free to ask a Board member if you are unsure if an infrastructure issue is an internal Ranch Mobile responsibility or an external City of Largo or Pinellas County issue.
A link has been added to the Ranchmobilepark.org website for easy access to this reporting site. You may also click the button below for immediate access to the See/Click/Fix site.
Thanks,
Your Ranch Mobile Board of Governors
