Ranch Mobile Park does not have, has not authorized, and does not sponsor or support any official patrol, Neighborhood Watch, security program, or similar surveillance program of any kind. No such program has been established by the Board of Directors, and no resident or other person is authorized to represent that any such program exists.
All patrol indicating signs, lights, and devices on the resident’s vehicle, including generic indicators that do not reference Ranch Mobile are prohibited.
The private roads of Ranch Mobile are open twenty-four (24) hours a day, and any resident may travel these roads at any time of day or night in compliance with all applicable rules of the road and community rules.
If a resident, while traveling the Park’s private roads, observes anything out of the ordinary or any activity that the resident believes may pose a safety concern, the resident shall not confront the situation but shall, if they choose, promptly report it to local law enforcement. This observe-and-report protocol is the sole authorized method by which residents may contribute to community safety while traveling the Park’s private roads.
We appreciate all of our residents working together in helping us maintain a safe community at Ranch Mobile.
Thanks,
Your Ranch Mobile Board of Governors
