The Board has reviewed and discussed many ideas and suggestions on how to remodel the Clubhouse after the mold remediation. As of today, we have consolidated these ideas into what we believe is the best option to move forward.

The total cost of this option is estimated to be approximately $73,000, barring any unforeseen problems.

At our meeting on Wednesday, 9/9, discussion of the Clubhouse remodel will be on the agenda. The Board Members will have a final discussion on this remodel option with the intent to bring it to a vote.
