Good Afternoon Ranch Mobile Residents,

Matthews is in the process of trimming the Park owned palm trees and will continue that work today as long as the rain holds off, as it is supposed to.

Matthews is also currently mowing the grass in Ranch Mobile. With the intermittent rain that we have had the past few days, including today, there may be some areas around our park that are too wet to mow without damaging our property. However, with the threat of rain over the next week, Matthews is going to get as much of our park mowed today verses waiting for next week.

Our goal, and Matthews goal, is to always leave our Park in great shape after they have finished the tree trimming or mowing. Just as a heads up for today, if there are areas that are too wet they may go uncut.
