Clubhouse Update

Thanks to Larry Sterling’s leadership and our great Maintenance Team members, Paul and Dan, we were able to get the stage to a usable condition. With this temporary fix the stage is now available for residents to use as needed for Bingo, Music, Church, etc.

This step gives us time to carefully plan the next steps in completing the restoration of the Clubhouse.

Good Evening Ranch Mobile Residents,

Our Clubhouse is now open with limitations. The stage is unavailable at this point as it currently does not have a floor and the kitchen is not available. The library is available, however, 1/2 of the books are set up on tables as we had to remove part of the library due to mold.

Residents can use the tables for activities. Also, groups that use the stage can set up on the floor in front of the stage if that works out for them.

Our goal is to have the Clubhouse 100% Operational by 11/1/2026 at the latest.

The reconstruction of the Clubhouse will be a topic at our 7/22/2026 Board Meeting.

Good Morning Ranch Mobile Residents,

We received the results of the mold assessment on Tuesday.

The mold remediation was successful. The mold assessment came back with normal results!

We are going to do some regular mopping and cleaning Today and Tomorrow and the main part of the clubhouse will be open on Thursday at 12:00 Noon.

Our next focus will be on the reconstruction/remodel of the interior of the clubhouse to make it a vibrant and exciting place to gather!

The mold remediation in our Clubhouse should now be completed by 7/15/2026. The final step in this process will be a Mold Assessment report verifying that the remediation was successfully completed.  This test will be on Monday, 7/13. As soon as the Mold Assessment testing is successfully completed the clubhouse will be turned over to us for use and reconstruction.

We will be reaching out to the Club Presidents and the Activity Leaders in our Park for input that they may have in making our Clubhouse a vibrant and exciting place. 

If you have any ideas for our Clubhouse, please feel free to reach out via email at rranchmobile1@brighthouse.com or a note to the office with your thoughts.  Make sure to sign your name to any communication you have with us so that we can get back to you if we have any questions.  We, as the Park Board, will look at any thoughts presented to us for consideration by our Residents and will make the final design decisions for the interior of the Clubhouse.

We want to take this opportunity of a clean slate in our Clubhouse to enhance the looks and functionality of this building as we move into the future.

If you have any input please share by Tuesday, 7/21/26, so that we can review the information we have at our 7/22/26 Board Meeting.

Our target is to be 100% complete by 11/1/2026.

Our mold remediation efforts continue in the Clubhouse this week.

The next step after remediation will be to remodel the areas of the Clubhouse that were impacted.

Our goal for this limited remodel is to end up with a vibrant and exciting spot where we can gather with our fellow residents and enjoy the many activities held there!
