We have added a Financial Page to our Park Website. Currently, on this page is our 2026 Ranch Mobile, INC. budget and the Year End 2025 Financial Statement.

This information has always been available to you from the Office. However, the Board feels that it is important to make these documents easier for each Ranch Mobile Resident to access.

Per the Master Lease, each annual operating budget is due as close to November 15th of each year as possible. See the excerpt from the Master Lease below concerning our annual budget:

Section 5. The Board is hereby vested with the right, power, duty and authority to assess
and levy on the 15th day in November of each year, or as soon thereafter as may be convenient, an
annual budget to provide for the proper management, maintenance, taxes and insurance and
operation of RANCH MOBILE, INC. Ad valorem taxes on site improvements by Lessees shall
be paid by the particular Lessee.
