Park Water Valve Replacement Project

As of today we have 21 valves left to replace in our Park. We appreciate your understanding as we update this important part of Ranch Mobile’s infrastructure.

We do not have a date or time that the water in our park will be shut off for the next set of valve replacements. Our goal is to have the water shut down for as short a period as possible during each set of valve replacements.

This project began last year and entails the replacement of approximately 34 valves in our Park over a period of time. We are working with our current contractor to get the next set of valves replaced as quickly as possible. This will mean that the water could be shutoff to all or part of the Park with short notice during the replacements.

We will keep you informed on future water shutoffs through the Ranch Mobile Park website notification system. To receive these notifications you need to subscribe to allow notifications to be sent to you. If you do not subscribe you should check the Ranch website daily to see any new announcements. If you are receiving this notification automatically, you are subscribed! Please help your friends and neighbors sign up so that they do not miss any important information.

Also, please realize that any dates and times announced for the next phase could be changed on short notice.

Thanks.

Help keep our Park Safe

If you see any suspicious activities in our Park please do not hesitate to call the police.  The Largo PD has told us in the past that they would rather get a call about a suspicious activity verses not getting a call.  Being made aware of suspicious activities in our Park will help the Police Department prioritize their patrol areas based on activities reported.  Also, a quick response from the Police Department to an immediate problem will indicate to potential bad actors in the area that we are observant and proactive in protecting our homes.

Thanks!  Your Board of Governors
