The permit to begin the Clubhouse restoration has been secured and work will begin on Wednesday, 11/11.

We have communicated with the Leaders of the Walkercise Group, the Bingo Club, Kofee Klatch and the Tuesday Music Group as those events will be impacted beginning on 11/11. Those events will not be held during the renovation unless communicated otherwise by the event organizers. Your understanding and flexibility is greatly appreciated!

The upcoming Dance/Highpoint food drive on 11/10, the Pancake Breakfast on 11/16, and the Thanksgiving Dinner on 11/26 will all continue as planned.

The Sunday events will not be impacted as work will not take place on this day. However, the TV on the front wall will be temporarily taken down at some point so that the carpet on the walls can be removed and replaced with drywall.

The evening events should not be impacted as all tables and chairs will remain in place and work will not take place in the evening.

Our contractor, Graystone Restoration, has indicated to us that they can work around our events, if required. However, the more access they have to our building the quicker the project will be completed.

As soon as we receive the detailed timeline for this project from Graystone we will be able to share the estimated completion date.
