ALL COMPLETED BALLOTS MUST BE IN THE BALLOT BOX BY 10:00 AM ON THE ELECTION DATE OF WEDNESDAY, 12/16/2026

Ballots will be available as soon after the 10/23/2026 Letter of Intent deadline as possible

Ranch Mobile Residents can choose to receive the 2026 Election ballot via mail and return it via mail to the Ranch Mobile Office, to receive the ballot via mail and place it in the ballot box personally, or to pick up the ballot in person and place it in the ballot box in person.

The ballot box will be located in the office as soon as the ballots are available to the Residents. All ballots placed in the box must be properly completed, signed and sealed per the instructions that you will receive or they may be VOIDED.

If you want to receive the Ranch Mobile 2026 Election ballot via mail you MUST submit via E-Mail to rranchmobile1@brighthouse.com your request to receive a ballot in the mail. Include in this E-Mail request your name, your Ranch Mobile Park address and the complete address that you wish the ballot to be mailed to.

When going through the process to have your voice heard and your vote counted please be aware of the timing of the mail delivery in both directions. Your Vote-By-Mail ballot must be received by 10:00 AM on December 16, 2026. Any ballot received after this date/time will not be counted.
